How long will my order take to arrive?

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days, including those with express delivery. During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 4–5 business days. Estimated processing times will appear at checkout when you select your shipping method.

If your package appears to stop moving, don’t worry — it’s still on its way and may be clearing customs. Occasionally, delays can occur due to customs processing or weather conditions. In such cases, your tracking page will update with the latest shipping information. If your package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement.

I put the wrong address in my order, what should I do?

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, the order will be processed and shipped, and we will be unable to issue a refund for orders sent to the wrong address.

My items arrived damaged, what should I do?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order through our Contact Us page and include your order number. You may be asked to provide clear photos of the damaged items. Once reviewed, we’ll issue either a refund or a replacement.

What is your return policy?

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order (and include your order number), and we’ll be happy to assist you with returns or any additional questions.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact us by emailing info@isaleie.com. Our customer service team is available Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM PST (excluding holidays).
